USPTO has no record of any current owner of this logo/trademark. Since the USPTO has no record of any current owner, the logo may now actually be in the public domain.

Logo was used by now defunct Eastern Airlines which has been out of business since filing for bankruptcy in 1991. Image is used under fair use rationale in article Eastern Air Lines to demonstrate logo used by company when it was in exisence. Fair use rationale that company is no longer in existence and thus no free image is available.
