[edit] Long Road Out of Eden certification

Aren't double albums certified twice as high as they have sold? For example, a double album that sells a million copies is certified 2x Platinum, not Platinum. So is Long Road Out of Eden certified 7x Platinum because it has sold about 3 and a half million copies (3.5 X 2 = 7). If so, then shouldn't we remove the note concerning its sales and certification?
