Eagle Air is an airline based in Kampala, Uganda. It operates scheduled and charter services. Its main base is Entebbe International Airport[1].

The airline was established in June 1994 and started operations in November 1994. It is owned by Tony Rubombora (62.5%), Managing Director, and Charles Muthama (37.5%), Chairman. It has 62 employees (at March 2007)[1].

Eagle Air operates services as follows (as of June 2008):
- Domestic scheduled destinations: Arua, Entebbe, Gulu, Kitgum, Kidepo, Moyo and Pakuba.
- International scheduled destinations: Juba and Yei in Sudan
- International charter flights to: Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda, Burundi, Malawi, Zambia, Congo Republic, Djibouti, Sudan and Ethiopia.
