Eachur (also known as Aechur) is a small satellite town situated in Munderi panchayath (Kannur district, Kerala, India) about 10 kms from Kannur town. Eachur town is near Kannur-Mysore highway and can be reached by road. It is from Eachur that road to Chakkarakkal and Anjarakkandi diverts. Eachur is now known as the Education village of Kerala as it has many educational institution in its bag, the prominent ones being Nalanda College and other schools.
