E. Max Frye

Eric Max Frye, is an American screenwriter from Oregon. His mother is Helen J. Frye, a federal judge.[1] Born in Oregon and raised in Eugene, Eric directed and wrote the film Amos & Andrew.[1] He attended Lewis & Clark College in Portland for one year before moving to Europe where he lived in Paris and later worked as a model in Austria.[1] After returning to the United States, Frye settled in New York City where he attended New York University Film School.[1] He also wrote the script to Something Wild.[1]
