This article really needs some work. It's a notable topic, but the way it's written and organized, it doesn't make much sense. I'm on the fence about whether the example e-mail in the article is useful or not. I did remove some POV and unencyclopedic annotations from it. If it does stay, it needs some formatting work so it stands out from the text of the rest of the article. Weathermandan 22:08, 24 October 2007 (UTC)
