Hey all, New Zealand also has e-GIF framework. See http://www.e.govt.nz/standards/e-gif/e-gif-v-3/e-gif-v-3-total.pdf. It is largely the same as the UK one. I don't have time to add the info to Wikipedia but thought someone else might. Take care
