Description

Where did it go: Over Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida — An E-9A Widget flies through the sky to relay target telemetry during Combat Archer missions here April 21. The E-9A is assigned to the 82nd Aerial Targets Squadron. This E-9A is one of only two aircraft in the Air Force inventory and is used as an airborne platform and telemetry relay aircraft providing ocean surface surveillance and target telemetry of missiles fired for over the horizon profiles on the Gulf Ranges.
