  • If something is "debatable" then no doubt it is being debated somewhere in the literature; if not, then perhaps it's not authentically "debatable". The locution "X is debatable" is too easily a shopworn disguise for "X does not suit my point-of-view." The expression can simply be avoided. --Wetman 15:15, 21 May 2007 (UTC)
    • Such defensiveness. Whether Harmonia is simply a personification, like Concordia, or a more complex figure (the patron of Thebes?) is lost with Samothrace. Please read with more care. Septentrionalis PMAnderson 15:33, 21 May 2007 (UTC)
