[edit] Soft Blocking

As a result of Tim Starling's recent work on MediaWiki Bug 550, it's now possible to soft block IP addresses. I propose to change the middle of the first paragraph so it reads: "Applying an infinite block of this IP is not appropriate, unless it is a soft block, because the IP address will later be reallocated...". [edit] RSS feeds?
