DynaPel (OSE: DYNA) is an international company that develops video surveillance systems with the development offices in München, Germany with head office in Oslo, Norway and sales offices in Memphis, Tennessee, New York, München and Oslo. The company dates back to 1992 when the two Norwegians Dr. Gudesen and Dr. Martens started developing intelligent systems to utilize video surveillance better. In 1995 the company moved its development department to München and in 2004 the group was listed on Oslo Stock Exchange.
