I'd like to try to solve the "van issue" in this category: one (Van Gaal) is under G, three are under V, and another one is under v. If this were a Dutch list, only Van Gaal would be listed correctly. Can anyone tell me the correct listing method in English? Apus apus 18:46, 30 November 2005 (UTC)
