[edit] Team
The Bulls are coached by Jim Tibbets and Tony Griffin, a former player for the Dublin Flyers club. The team has the most diverse roster of any IIHL team, featuring members from Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Sweden, Canada, Lithuania, Poland, Finland, Slovakia and Estonia. The Bulls won the IIHL's first championship in 2008 after defeating the Dublin Rams 6-3.[1]
[edit] Other Programs
In addition to two senior teams (senior teams 'A' and 'B') the Dundalk Bulls coach a number of youth teams known as the Junior Bulls. These include Under-10s, -16s, -18s, and a Bulls Girl Team. The JR. Bulls under 10s and under 16s play their games in house at the Dundalk Ice Dome on Saturday and Sunday morning from 10.30 to 11.45 over the summer months. At the moment the junior squads are on a fast track skating program, skating four times a week. It is envisaged that these teams will play against junior sides from Belfast in the coming year.
