Dunbar Village Housing Projects is a public housing 246-unit apartment complex in the North Tamarind area of West Palm Beach, Florida. It is adjacent to the neighborhoods of Pleasant City and Northwest. The complex is commonly referred to as Dunbar.

Built in the late 1940s for West Palm Beach's low-income African American [1] similar to Liberty Square and Edison Courts in Miami, Dunbar Village is one of the first housing projects in the state of Florida. It was named for the African-American poet Paul Laurence Dunbar.

The complex received significant attention after a rape that occurred on June 18th, 2007. According to The Palm Beach Post and MSNBC, up to ten men gang-raped a 35 year old woman for three hours and then forced her to perform oral sex on her 12-year old son, who was also beaten and doused with household chemicals[2]. As of September 3, four teenagers have been arrested for the crime, ranging in age from 14 to 18.[3][4]
