Dumitru Cipere (born October 22, 1957) is a retired boxer from Romania, who competed in the bantamweight (< 54 kg) division at the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow, Soviet Union. There he won the bronze medal, after being defeated by Venezuela's eventual runner-up Bernardo Piñango in the semifinals.
