Hi! I'm new, and I'll be cautious in wading in here. One thing, though - I come by way of aol. This means that in my recent lurking I have seemed to garner a vast number of warnings, bans, etc. All this despite the fact that anyone sufficiently advanced to be offering warning and bans should be well aware that aol has the floating IPs - not to mention able to read the very clear Wiki note on the page (where you keep leaving warnings) that spells this out.

So far, I haven't done anything but lurked, and changed a bit of punctuation here and there. I think I deleted a doubled paragraph and reorganized an essay on a certain type of frog. That's about it. It makes it very discouraging when I come back to find pages and pages of flames and insults from people who certainly should know better.

If I'm not logged in, IT IS NOT ME DOING THE VANDALISM. Regardless of the IP/ISP/So far above my head because I am funtionally computer literate at best.
