Dualstar Entertainment Group, LLC is a privately held American Limited Liability Company owned by actresses Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, which makes movies, TV Shows, magazines, video games, etc. Dualstar was initially run by Robert Thorne who had a significant minority stake in the company until the two twins became 18 in 2004 and bought him out. They then appointed a new CEO Diane Reichenberger.
Dualstar is based in Los Angeles, California although they have offices in other locations such as London. Dualstar videos and DVDs are distributed by Warner Bros. Entertainment. The company now represents twins Dylan and Cole Sprouse. [1]
