Hi. In regards to the deleted article , if you read the deletion summary (seen here) which is given for every deletion made, it explains that the article was deleted because it was a "biography of a living person that does not assert notability / significance"; this means that it was a biography that didn't explain why the subject (in this case, "GhOsT") was important enough for inclusion under our guidelines for notability on Wikipedia. I suggest you read through Wikipedia:Notability (people) to get a good idea what makes a particular person eligible for inclusion.
