There is also a graduate school dropout crisis. Many graduate students -- especially at the Ph.D. level -- invest years and years but never complete and successfully defend a dissertation. The percentage varies considerably by field and program, suggesting that some schools are better at mitigating this problem than others. LADave 00:26, 27 May 2007 (UTC)
