I wouldn't recommend deleting this section, but we may want to talk to some one at the law portal about finding it a proper home. Water Law is extremely complicated as it is in a constant state of evolution. As such understanding the history and timeline is of value. This stub appears to have a decent start, but we should check to see if the information isn't already duplicted else where.FOK SD OA 16:37, 11 April 2007 (UTC)
