[edit] There's a page for this???
I can't believe it. We have a non-trivial article about a PERSONA - he's not even a character in the movie, merely an assumed identity which is TALKED ABOUT. And yet this article is longer than those about many REAL PEOPLE.

- Ha! Someone was new to Wikipedia when they wrote this. There's articles on the magic systems of almost-obscure anime series, or for instance, puddle. Yes, puddle. Yes it's what you think it is. What's trivial to one person though, is informative for others. This really isn't the most trivial article on Wikipedia, trust me (and considering the plot HINGES on the existence of the Dread Pirate Roberts persona, yeah, actually kinda important). To be frank, this actually also reads like it was spun off of a larger page, so it's even more excusable on that point, considering how long it is (in other words, too long to incorperate into The Princess Bride, but for the most part well-done). 4.235.21.135 21:09, 8 May 2007 (UTC)

- BTW, if you think THIS article is trivial, and ignoring the puddle one, try this one. It's about a single shade of yellow! And it's barely bigger than a stub. 4.235.21.135 21:11, 8 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Transformers
The reference on the Hasbro web site to the "Dreaded Priate" Cannonball is only viewable if you go to their Transformers section, and type in the code number inside the Cannonball box in the Cyber Codes section. It then pops up with a picture and a little secret information about Cannonball, where it tells this Dread Pirate Cannonball storyline. user:Mathewignash
- Cool. Sorry if I appear to be hassling you about all this. I'm just a veteran of too many fancruft wars (on both sides I should add). Anyway, thanks for chasing up the info. I hope you don't mind my trim to your text. Cheers, --Plumbago 12:33, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Duplicate?
How is a reference to the real pirate Bartholomew Roberts duplicate info? --Invisifan 17:52, 1 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Section headings
I've added informative section headings that indicate what is discusses in each part of the article. This style is preferred to the deprecated spoiler tags. --Tony Sidaway 15:22, 10 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] The Script
I find it odd that the script here stays, but similar things are removed over fear of (C) infringement facilitation or some such nonsense. Is there an official guideline on the subject of off-site links to relevant data?Vampromero (talk) 03:16, 27 March 2008 (UTC)
