[edit] Coaches

Vincent Masco is the head coach of Drew University's baseball team as well as the school's associate athletic director. He gratuated from Trenton State College in 1971. He serves many committees, including the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Baseball Selection committee, the MAC Baseball Sports Committee, and the ECAC Mid-Atlantic Baseball Selection committee (which he chairs). He also plays a role on the ECAC Basketball committee after a coaching career at Drew from 1986-1995.[vague] Masco is the winningest coach in Drew University history and has been coaching Drew baseball for three decades. He was selected the 1998 coach of the year by the New Jersey Baseball Coaches Association, and again was voted coach of the year in 1999 by the Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom League for leading Drew to their first Freedom League title. Masco has also guided the Rangers to five ECAC playoffs and four MAC postseason appearances. His 165th win, on April 17, 1996, put him first on Drew University’s all time win list. On April 9, 2004 Masco received his 300th career victory over Delaware Valley College, putting him in the NCAA’s top fifty winningest coaches list.

Erik Holck is a first-year assistant coach. He previously attended Rider University, where he played four season of Division I varsity baseball. Holck set a school record at Rider for 76 career pitching appearances. Throwing close to 200 innings with 10 wins and 4 saves he received a tryout with the Philadelphia Phillies before coming to coach for Drew. He was named to the NJC BA All-Rookie team as a freshman and worked his way to the rank of Capitan as a senior.

As of 2007, Bill Foster had been an assistant coach for the Rangers for ten years. He was previously the assistant coach at Upsala University, his alma mater. After earning All-State honors in high school, Foster went on to play professionally in the Florida State, Georgia State, and North Atlantic leagues.
