The Dreamland Egypt Classic was a Tier III tennis event held in Cairo from April 12-19, 1999. It only saw one year of play on the WTA Tour, with Arantxa Sánchez-Vicario winning the singles and doubles title. Irina Spîrlea was a losing finalist in both competitions.
It was held on outdoor clay courts.
