Eendracht (named for the home town of the ship's captain) this remark is to be checked further. as a dutch I can ashure you that "Eendracht" is not a place in the Netherlands. the meaning of the word Eendracht is more like "Unity" or "Harmony"

The name in Spanish is Mar de Hoces, named for Francisco de Hoces. A person's name isn't typically translated from one language to another, so the translation should be de Hoces Sea, as it appears in the main article on de Hoces himself, rather than Sea of Sickles.
