While the previous plot summary was stylistically lovely, it pretty much outlined the first fifteen minutes of the film in excruciating detail while neglecting a majority of the story. 1. Draco was the first completely computer-generated main character.

Is this true? Toy Story was released a year earlier (1995), and it was a completely CG movie. 65.0.39.79 10:38, 11 August 2007 (UTC)

• • The Timeline of CGI in film and television points out that Casper (film) came out slightly before Toy Story, which means he's not even this first completely CGI main character in a live-action film. So yeah, I'm going to go ahead and take this one out. Roundelais 16:30, 5 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Article Rework

I would like to rework this article so that it falls in line with the Wikipedia:WikiProject Films/Style guidelines. This will involve:

• Revising the lead paragraph
• Cutting the Plot Summary back down below 900 words (ideally should be around 700)
• Standardizing and referencing sources for the 'Trivia' (most of which seems to come from Rob Cohen's commentary on the Collector's Edition DVD, which I now have), and
• Reducing/integrating/eliminating the fancruft elements of the article

I would also like to add a section on the novelization. Roundelais 15:38, 25 September 2007 (UTC)

Image:Dragonheart ver1.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
