It's not really a combination of C, Pascal & Algol68; first, K&R admitted that a good portion of C's syntax comes from Algol68 (structs, unions, declarations), and secondly, Pascal is an Algol-W offshoot. Basically, the article states that Draco is a combination of three distinct Algol-58 descendants.
