Drago Jovanovich

Drago K. Jovanovich and F. Kozloski founded the Helicopter Engineering Research Corporation in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 1946 the predecessor of Jovair. Jovanovich was a pioneer in the autogyro and developed aircraft that could take off from a residential driveway.
