[edit] Copyright problem

Yes, the copyright problem with Image:Aitken Roshi1950.jpg is that it is listed as an instance of "fair use", and the image talk page says, "Consider as Fair Use under US Copyright", but it does not explain why and on what grounds it would be considered fair use. Also, it is generally much better if we can use only images that available under free licenses (such as the GFDL or one of the broader Creative Commons licenses) in Wikipedia articles, and avoid fair use unless there is some pressing need.—Nat Krause^(Talk!) 08:55, 11 July 2006 (UTC)
