Downingtown Station is a commuter rail station located in the western suburbs of Philadelphia at W Lancaster Ave & Stuart Ave, Downingtown, Pennsylvania 19335. It is served by all Amtrak Keystone Service and SEPTA R5 Thorndale trains. It also offers limited service to Amtrak Pennsylvanian trains.

There is no ticket office at this station, so passengers buy their tickets on board. There are 213 parking spaces at the station.

This station is in SEPTA fare zone 5, and is 32.8 track miles from Suburban Station. In 2003, the average total SEPTA R5 weekday boardings at this station was 299. Downingtown is the western-most Amtrak station on the Keystone Corridor that is also serviced by SEPTA's R5 Thorndale service. Additionally, the Krapf Transit Route "A" and TMACC Beeline buses serve the station.
