For my additions to Pardee Homes entry, I added quite a lot to what was a stub. This is my first edit on Wikipedia, and I hope my entry can be augmented by others with time. Everything I posted can be cited. I used stable websites where possible. some of the sources (such as legal documents and FOIA materials are in hard copy and not yet published where others can access them. I am looking forward to helping this entry refine itself to the benefit of those who want to know more about Pardee Homes, in keeping with my discovery of the generally accepted practices of this most beneficial new resource, Wikipedia.

  • Wiki has polices on notability and neutrality when you are writing about your own employer or company, and at the least we would expect you be open and honest about your affiliation. I came upon you when trying to figure out how the conventionally held understanding of San Francisco Bay Area geography got so turned on it's head by someone claiming Livermore was in Silicon Valley, in the Silicon Valley article. Initially I joked on that talk page that only a realtor could make such a claim. After looking into it some more, I found out I was wrong, but only barely. I guess a property developer could be equally guilty of such a wild propagandistic distortion of the facts. 24.7.91.244 21:29, 24 September 2007 (UTC)
  • After Dougmann's last edit, there was the IP editor User:68.68.234.131, and then a new replacement editor, User:Gabre 36. The edit pattern of this user, defending the company, and yet again the use of a wiki account solely for marketing Pardee Homes leads me to believe that this might be the same editor under a new name. I may be wrong, but I really doubt it, too many things fit together. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/Gabre_36 24.7.91.244 21:45, 24 September 2007 (UTC)
