I have created this stub because, it is in the spirit of Wikipedia's "Neutral Point of View" to include all of the qualified candidates who run in a general election. At the very least, a directory, (with basic information), of Michigan politicians should contain biographical information on the five politicians who ran for Michigan's highest office. If any Michigan politicians (in addition to those who are elected) are notable, it is they.

I have included the reason for interest (Candidate for Governor in general election), and an unambiguous identifier (birth date). I have also included a few links.
