Actually, I interviewed him. (He's my Sensei) I'm not trying to mislead, but I am a fan and I'm sure that is reflected in the article. Please let me know how to improve or unbias the article.

Wikipedia is not the place for original research or interviews. It is designed to be an encyclopedia entry. So take out the first person perspective and just summarize his life and you will be ok. --Woohookitty 23:57, 9 Feb 2005 (UTC)

By the way, a justification for the length of the article is that there is no other biography available on the internet whereas with other great judoka such as Kimura there are many articles --jake
