Douglas Wood (naturalist)

Douglas Wood is an American naturalist who is also known as an author and musician. One of Wood's children's books, Old Turtle and the Broken Truth, won the one of the 2004 Book Sense Book of the Year Awards‎.
In 2004, Woods was invited to take part in the White House Easter egg roll.
Woods also records and produces music based on sounds from the wilderness.
