Penelope Dora Harvey Boothby (August 2, 1881 – February 22, 1970) was a former British female tennis player. She was born in Finchley, Middlesex, England. She is best remembered for her ladies' singles title at the 1909 Wimbledon Championships. She died in Hammersmith, London in 1970.
