[edit] Translation

Im not sure how to translate Entlastungsgerinne. I believe it's a side channel built parallel to the Danube that is used to help control the river's height when it begins to fill up... Not sure what that would be in English!

[edit] Name is Donau City on Vienna's website

This is Donau City in the German language on the Vienna city website wien.at at http://www.wien.gv.at/stadtentwicklung/donaucity/ yet that was a redlink until I just created the redirect here. Is there even any reliable source for "Donaustadt"? Or are there slightly different things involved here, different government entities or whatever? Gene Nygaard (talk) 10:44, 7 February 2008 (UTC)

Okay, in looking more closely at the article, I see:
"In addition to these eight territories, Donaustadt also contains a ninth area, Donau City (officially part of Kaisermühlen), which is between the Alte Donau ("Old Danube") and Neue Donau ("New Danube")."
In any case, the redirect here is still appropriate. Gene Nygaard (talk) 10:48, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
