Talk:Donald Kagan
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I'm not sure if Professor Kagan teaches the "Origins of War" anymore. I studied with him for three years in various capacities and can't recall ever taking the class or seeing it listed with the other courses.
- Can you find out begin/end dates for it then? That would be a useful bit of data to add. Stan 06:45, 3 Jan 2005 (UTC)
- He teaches a widely popular course these days, but it's "Introduction to Ancient Greek History," not "Origins of War." I'll change it to that in a couple of days if there are no objections. RobthTalk 03:34, 16 December 2005 (UTC)
On the note of his image...can't a better one be found? The man is quite literally cross-eyed in the image currently shown.
My history teacher knows Mr. Kagan and told me how he was supposed to visit a college in New York, but was turned down at the last moment because of his strong pro iraq war beliefs. I know its technically original research, but you might want to add something. Evaunit666 00:55, 21 April 2007 (UTC)
I don't know how to edit the main page but it should be "Statement of Principles," not "Statement of Principals." I hope someone else can fix this. 75.34.44.3 (talk) 15:08, 3 April 2008 (UTC)tup
