I'm a boyfriend of this ip address. Im concerned. Your company offered a laptop skin rebate to my girlfriend. It said give it 30 days until delivery. It has been 45. She has called 2 or 3 times now and each attempt has been taxing. Passing the buck. No one wants to succeed in taking care of their customers. I have a question. How much markup profit do you make through out your annual revenue. You telling me that you can't afford a fire style skin, that you advertised, to a deserving customer. She has everything in Dell. Now, She is Crying. And im pissed. Wonder who i want to talk to next. America is the greatest country in the world.
