The Donric Group is a Group of privately owned transport companies in Victoria, Australia. Amongst its businesses, it operates a number of bus routes under contract from the Victorian State Government.

The Donric Group was started in 1980 when Don McKenzie and Richard Baird purchased 8 school buses from Treweek's in Sunbury. This fleet has now grown to over 200 vehicles and 240 staff across 5 companies.

• In March 1980, the Donric Group was established with the purchase of Treweek's Bus Service. Company was renamed to Sunbury Bus Service

• In 1990, acquired Sweet's Bacchus Marsh. Renamed to Bacchus Marsh Coaches

• In 2000, acquired Thege Coach Charter in Ballarat. Renamed to Gold Bus Ballarat

• In 2000, acquired Swanlink Coachlines in Swan Hill. Sold in November 2007 to Pickering Group Swan Hill Coaches

• In 2001, acquired Begonia City Coaches in Ballarat. Gold Bus Ballarat

• In October 2007, acquired Organ's Bus Service. Company will continue to operate under the Organ's name.
