Real Estate Tycoon is a business simulation game. The player purchases real estates and builds buildings on them. Profit is made by selling the building having three distinct rooms; shops, condos or offices. Work can be done in four different places; Los Angeles, Atlantic City, New York City, London or Paris. After completing a number of missions, the players can challenge the great real estate mogul.
