Donald M. Middlebrooks (born 1946 in Orlando, Florida).
Middlebrooks is currently a judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. It should also be noted he was in Private Practice from 1973 - 1974. He served as General counsel to the Governor of Florida from 1974 - 1977. In 1997 he was appointed by President Bill Clinton to serve as a United States District Judge.
