[edit] Cover versions
- David Bowie recorded a version of the song in 1984 for his album Tonight. This version was remixed and released as the B-side to the single "Loving the Alien" in May 1985.
In interviews at the time Bowie said they had experimented with several different approaches for the song before settling on a light reggae style.

- An instrumental version of Bowie's recording was also prominently featured in the 1984 short film Jazzin' for Blue Jean, the promotional video for his single "Blue Jean".
