Already started wikifying this article, I hope the original author agrees with the changes I've made. Basically, I've added some internal links and deleted a few unnecessary codes. Is the original author, or at least a Wiki moderator (or whatever they're called) okay with my deleting everything in the "references" section? The abundant, but quite sloppily entered information there seems a bit irrelevant. Perhaps we could have a LaCapra bibliography instead? I'd like to supply one, but I'm afraid I'm not at all an expert on his work. Koenraad Cl
