I have removed the description of Dominic Dromgoole as a playwright, also one of the references - to an edition of plays by Peter Whelan, for which Dominic Dromgoole only provided an introduction) (see Methuen's website) .

Directing new plays, writing about new plays, even editing editions of new plays, does not - sadly - make someone a playwright.
