Domino One

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Domino One is a low-budget, 2005 independent film by Harvard classmates Nick Louvel, Nick Garrison, and Chris Kuhl. The mystery thriller was shot in 2002 in and around Harvard University, and features a huge cast of students along with professional actors Natalie Portman, Steve Guttenberg, and Tatyana Ali. The film premiered during the 2005 film festival season and is looking for a distributor and release date.

Domino One is the feature film directing debut of Nick Louvel, who co-wrote the screenplay. Co-writer Nick Garrison makes his feature film debut starring as Jason Young, a grant-scholarship chemistry student whose grades leave him facing expulsion. Dealing with his predicament while looking for a missing adviser, Jason uncovers a hidden world of designer drugs, hit-men, and secret societies. Along with being a thriller in the traditional sense, Domino One also exposes some of the most curious and dark traditions of Harvard's hallowed halls.
