Česky: Vlajka města Dolní Kounice, okres Brno-venkov. Červený list s hnědým rozkřídleným krahujcem v jedné třetině délky listu. Ve žlutém zobáku drží krahujec modrý vinný hrozen na zelené stopce a pod žlutými pařáty má zelený vinný list.
