Dokumental (full name Dokumental GmbH & Co. Schreibfarben) is an ink manufacturer based in Germany which creates ink and ink cartridges for use in many ballpoint and other pen types. They also produce specialty inks for a variety of uses, including inkjet inks.
Mittenwald-Chemie was founded in 1949 by Dr. Bruno von Zychlinsky. In 1968 Mittenwald-Chemie and IKF Ludwigshafen merged to form Dokumental. In 1998 Dokumental became part of the Woellner Group.
Today Dokumental distributes its products to approximately 100 countries worldwide.
