In re: your question here, the problem is that we generally consider edit-warring unproductive. Even if you are sure that your version is the better one, the way to handle a dispute over content is discussion on the Talk page of the article, not by repeated reverts. If the situation is resolved, I don't see any need to block anybody, but another admin may disagree with me. In the future, please keep in mind that the three revert rule should be taken seriously.
