1. The image is a low-resolution reproduction of multiple covers;
2. The image is being used for informational purposes regarding, the Doctor Who CD collectors tins release, of the television program Doctor Who;
3. No more free alternative exists;
4. The use of the image in this article will have no effect on the BBC's or Loose Cannon Productions commercial use of the image in question.
