Doctor Ice was a rapper in the hip-hop group UTFO, most famous for their song "Roxanne, Roxanne". Doctor Ice is the younger brother of Jalil from the rap group Whodini.
Doctor Ice cultivated a stage persona known as the "Debonair Doc". [1]
Doctor Ice had one album and released a video for his hit song Sue Me in 1990.
