"Do I Do" is a song by Stevie Wonder, first released in 1982 in the album Stevie Wonder's Original Musiquarium I . It was later included in the greatest-hits album At the Close of a Century, and reached #2 in the UK and #13 in the US.
The song is ten and a half minutes long. It features a rare example of Stevie Wonder rapping, near the end of the track. Dizzy Gillespie also features on the track with a horn solo.
In 2001, rapper Ja Rule sampled it for his hit "Livin' It Up", featuring Case.
In 2002, smooth jazz artist Gerald Veasley did a cover of this song.
The song has been performed on American Idol by both Ace Young and Mario Vasquez, and on Australian Idol in 2004 by Liza Schulberg.
